Staff at St. Paul Elementary acted quickly on March 31 when a man entered the school.
RCMP say the 45-year-old had first tried to break into a nearby home before walking into the school. Staff stopped him right away and called police, who arrested him without incident.
No students saw what happened, and everyone stayed safe. The man is now facing charges.
