A 25-year-old man from Marwayne is facing serious charges after a rollover crash on April 3 near Highway 897 and Highway 16.
RCMP say the driver fled the scene, leaving behind two injured passengers. With help from nearby detachments and police dogs, officers tracked him down and arrested him. Breath tests showed he was over the legal alcohol limit.
Daniel McMillan is now facing charges including impaired driving causing bodily harm and failing to remain at the scene. He’ll be in court May 6 in Lloydminster.
