Former Duclos Elementary teacher Janelle Arnold is going to trial and has been released on bail with strict conditions.
Arnold faces multiple charges from three separate incidents, including sexual assault, child luring, and sexual interference. Her first trial is set for June in Bonnyville, with others scheduled into 2026.
Conditions of her release include staying with her parents in Irma, no contact with anyone under 16, and a ban on using internet-connected devices. Most of the court proceedings so far have been held in Wainwright.
