The Vermilion Agricultural Society is pleased to celebrate the 118th year of the Ag Fair this weekend. The Fair remains one of Western Canada’s largest and oldest agricultural fairs. The theme for this year’s event will be “Field of Dreams: 118 Years of Agricultural Achievement” with the hope that the Fair will impart a sense of appreciation of what has been grown in the past, and a look forward to what the future may hold for the Town of Vermilion. President of the Society Justin Clark says that this year will be chock full of fun activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
Clark also adds that he is incredibly honoured to see how much the event is loved within the community of Vermilion, and that the support he sees from the Town fills him with a sense of pride.
The Vermilion Agricultural Fair is set to take place July 25th, 26th, and 27th at the Vermilion Ag Society Grounds. Tickets and weekend passes will be available for purchase on-site with cash only.
