Chatsworth Farm is gearing up for this summer’s iteration of Alberta Open Farm Days this month. This August marks the fifth year of Chatsworth Farm’s participation in the event. Owner of the Farm Charlotte Wasylik says that Open Farm Days is the perfect opportunity for members of the community to visit a farm and learn a little bit more about their daily operations.
Wasylik also says that an event like this is wonderful for bringing folks together to appreciate the hard work and dedication of Alberta’s farmers.
Chatsworth Farm has a number of activities scheduled for August 17th, including guided farm tours and cooking demonstrations. Activities will take place from 11am to 5pm. A shuttle service will also be available from Edmonton to the Farm, for a small fee. Chatsworth Farm is located 15 minutes north of Vermilion.
