The Vegreville Men’s Shed Program is excited to host an Open House BBQ on August 29th. The Program is intended for men aged 18 and older who might be looking to engage in social and community minded activities with other men. One of the many organizers for the Program Murray Armitage says the organization is all about helping men remain healthy, physically and mentally.
Armitage adds that the some of the goals of the Program include providing men with a safe and supportive social environment to build friendships, stay active, and learn.
The Vegreville Men’s Shed Open House invites adult men and their spouses, significant other, or friends to the Open House BBQ. The event will be an opportunity for those interested in the Program to learn more about what the organization has to offer. The Open House will take place at the shop behind the Vegreville Museum from 5 to 7:30pm.
