Bonnyville RCMP Arrest Two Women After Vehicle Stolen

Bonnyville RCMP arrested two women on August 24th after they stole an off-highway vehicle belonging to the RCMP. The suspects, 25-year-ol Billie Wheaton, with ties to Fishing Lake and Cold Lake First Nations, and 29-year-old Tiana Colins, with ties to Bonnyville and Edmonton, attempted to flee south of town, but RCMP remotely cut the vehicle’s power, forcing them to stop. Both women face charges of theft over $5,000 and flight from a police officer. They were released on bail and are scheduled to appear in court on September 24th.
