Vegreville’s Fall Community Information Night A Success

The Town of Vegreville saw its annual Fall Community Information Night return to the Vegreville Social Centre last Thursday. The yearly event is chance for residents of the community to come on out and see what activities, groups, or clubs might be offering programming for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. Colleen Albert, a representative of the Vegreville Youth Ensemble Singing Group, says that Community Information Night is the perfect way for members of the community to see just how many activities the Town has coming up for people of all ages.

Representatives from Alberta Health Services were also in attendance at the event, looking for volunteers who may like to spend some time at the Vegreville Care Centre. Volunteer Coordinator for AHS Elizabeth Myhovich says that dedicated volunteers to facilities like these can truly be life saving for many of the residents.
