Local Product Claims Paralympic Bronze

Vegreville’s Sarah Melenka is coming home with an Olympic bronze medal. The local product and Team Canada’s Sitting Women’s Volleyball team earned a straight sets victory over Brazil to claim the bronze, giving Canada its first ever medal in the sport. Team USA claimed gold, beating China three sets to one in the final.
