Air Canada says customers who changed their flights to avoid a potential pilot strike can now switch back to their original travel dates for free.
This comes after the airline reached a tentative four-year deal with the pilots’ union on September 15, preventing the strike. Flights are now running as usual.
Air Canada had offered a “Goodwill Rebooking Policy” so passengers could change their flights ahead of possible disruptions. Now, customers can return to their original flights, as long as there’s space, with no extra fees.
