As a result, a 31 year old man from Edmonton, David Richard St. Germain, and a 31 year old man from Spruce Grove, Emmanuel Kafui Mawusi, face one count each of break and enter with intent, and possession of stolen property over $5,000 dollars. Mounties say just after 9:30am on June 27th a stolen vehicle was located by a Fort Saskatchewan RCMP Traffic and Crime Reduction Unit (TCRU) member at a motel on 93rd Avenue and 99th Street in Fort Saskatchewan.

Police observed two suspects run out of the back of the motel into a residential area.

According to Fort Saskatchewan RCMP, area residents called 911 as the same two suspects were seen entering a holiday trailer parked on a residential property on 92nd Avenue.

RCMP thank the good samaritans who reported the suspicious activity in progress, and encourage anyone who witnesses suspicious activity to call their local police.
