The Vegreville Corn Maze is making its return to Town this September. The well loved local event will feature five acres of Corn Maze up to eight feet tall. One of the Directors of the Vegreville Agricultural Society and Committee Chairperson for the 2024 Corn Maze Don Harfield says he is proud to see the affair return for its fifth year.
Harfield also mentions that the event is very well received within not only the Town of Vegreville, but surrounding communities and beyond, with over 3,000 attendees making their way to the site.
Other activities taking place at the Corn Maze include pedal cars for children around a race track, a Straw Mountain to climb, and live music with local organization Perogies and Jam. Concession food will also be available for purchase.
The Vegreville Corn Maze will be open to the public from 11am to 4pm for three weekends in September, starting on Saturday, September 7th. Other weekends in September will be the 14th, 15th, 21st, and 22nd. The Corn Maze is located at the previous Museum site just east of Pysanka Park.
Admission fees are $5 per person for children ages 5 and up. For more information, please visit the Vegreville Agricultural Society Facebook page, website, or visit the Ag Society Office.
